These terms apply when you book a drop-off with Lustre Auto Spa on this website.

Your drop-off window

When you book, you choose a drop-off window. Please bring your car to us any time inside that window. The ready time we show is an estimate based on the services you chose.

Prices

Prices depend on your vehicle size. The total for your vehicle is shown before you book. If a service shows “Price TBA”, it doesn't have a published price yet — please ask us for the price before your appointment.

Payment

You pay in person when you pick up your car.

Changes and cancellations

You can move or cancel your booking online up to 12 hours before your drop-off window starts. After that, please contact the shop.
