Your details and how we use them

This page explains what Lustre Auto Spa does with the information you give us when you book a drop-off on this website.

What we collect

When you book, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and details about your vehicle (size, year, make and model, color and, if you choose, the license plate), plus any notes you add. We also keep the services you chose, your drop-off window and how you chose to pay.

Why we use it

We use these details to take care of your booking: to find your car at drop-off, to contact you about your appointment, and to email you a confirmation, changes and a message when your car is ready.

Payments

Payment is taken in person when you pick up your car.

Cookies

This website sets one cookie that keeps your booking form secure while you fill it in. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when it delivers them.
